Welcome to Next You Coaching Services. By using our website and booking coaching sessions with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Next You Coaching Services, operated by Isel Guzman, provides life coaching services that support personal development, clarity, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate.
2. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process designed to help you achieve your personal goals. It is not a substitute for licensed therapy, psychiatric care, or professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
If you are experiencing a crisis or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Engage actively and complete action steps.
• Be honest and open during sessions.
• Disclose any health conditions that may affect participation.
4. Payments and Cancellations
• Full payment is due before the first session.
• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your session(s).
• All payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel or fail to complete your sessions.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
5. Packages
• Single Session (50 min) includes one follow-up message.
• 3-Session Package includes follow-up after each session.
• 5-Session Package includes follow-ups, PDF worksheets, and a free gift (such as a digital planner or custom printable).
6. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content are kept confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality include:
• If required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order).
• If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
7. Liability
Clients engage in coaching voluntarily and at their own risk. By booking services, you release the Coach from any liability related to personal, financial, or emotional outcomes. Coaching is not guaranteed to produce specific results.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal data is collected for the sole purpose of providing coaching services. Data may include contact information, notes, and communication history. We use secure methods (Google Forms, Calendars, and email) and will not share your data without consent, unless legally required.

9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal matters will be handled in the courts of Middlesex County, NJ.
